A travel planner is a professional who helps plan and organize custom trips for individuals or groups. My goal is to create personalized and hassle-free travel experiences for clients.

What services does a travel planner specializing in pet-friendly stays offer?

A travel planner's services may include:

  • Finding flights, train tickets, and transportation.

  • Identifying accommodations and attractions that accept dogs and cats. We also provide advice on destinations, itineraries, and best practices for traveling with your dog or cat.

  • A travel journal featuring a custom itinerary.

  • An online map to easily navigate and find all the recommended spots from the travel journal.

Why should I hire a Travel Planner instead of planning my trip myself?

Organizing a trip with a pet can often be tedious. Using my travel planner services saves you time and stress by handling the tedious research and coordination of your trip details. We can also find the best available rates and negotiate preferential rates and special offers.

Can I request a customized trip with multiple pets?

Yes, absolutely! You just need to choose the custom option, and we will assess the feasibility of the project and provide a specific quote based on the project and the number of pets. For example, we have previously organized trips with 2 or even 3 dogs.

When should I contact a Travel Planner?

Ideally, you should contact a travel planner as soon as you decide to travel. The earlier you plan, the more accessible the rates for accommodations and transportation will be. It will also be easier for us to find availability, especially for complex trips or during peak travel periods.

When should I pay for the service?

A 50% deposit is required after the initial consultation and once the overall quote is received so that we can begin the research and development of your custom travel program. The balance is due one month before departure.

Upon receipt of the balance, you will receive your complete travel journal in PDF format along with the corresponding interactive map.

Do Travel Planners handle the booking of services?

No, due to legal regulations, travel planners are prohibited from booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activities. However, we provide you with links to the selected services. You will only need to click on them to finalize the booking. Unlike travel agencies, this allows us to remain neutral in our service selection as we do not receive any commissions from hotels, transportation companies, etc.

What happens if something goes wrong during my trip?

If any issues arise during your trip, you can contact your travel planner for assistance and advice. We are here to support you before, during, and after your trip and can help resolve any problems that may occur.
